Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Quolto, a service provided by Protek Innovations Limited (company number: [to be added], registered office: [to be added]), trading as Quolto. By ordering a website or using our services, you agree to these terms.

The service

Quolto designs, builds, hosts and maintains a website for your business, on the plan you choose (Spark, Boom, Thrive or a bespoke arrangement). Spark sites are typically live the same day; Boom and Thrive sites are designed and delivered within 48–72 hours of us confirming your requirements.

No contract, cancel anytime

All plans are billed monthly with no minimum term. You can cancel at any time through your Stripe billing portal or by emailing us — you won't be charged for the following month.

Ownership

The website and any domain we register on your behalf belong to you. If you cancel, we'll help you take your domain and content with you — we never hold your site hostage.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Prices are shown in GBP and may change with reasonable notice; existing customers keep any price guarantee stated at signup.

Acceptable use

You're responsible for the accuracy of the content and claims on your website, and for making sure your business complies with all applicable laws (including advertising and consumer protection law). We reserve the right to refuse or suspend service for content that is illegal, harmful or breaches these terms.

Liability

We aim for 100% uptime but cannot guarantee it. Our liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 3 months before any claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law (e.g. for death, personal injury or fraud).

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll let you know about any significant changes by email.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
