Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2 July 2026
Quolto ("we", "us") is a trading name of Protek Innovations Limited, a company registered in England & Wales (company number: [to be added]), registered office: [to be added]. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect
When you use our onboarding form, contact form, newsletter signup or requirements form, we collect:
- Name, email address and phone number
- Business details you provide (business name, trade, location, description)
- Payment is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details
- Basic technical data (IP address, browser) via Cloudflare, our hosting provider, for security and performance
Why we collect it
- To build and deliver the website you've ordered
- To contact you about your order, account or support requests
- To send you our newsletter, only if you opt in — you can unsubscribe anytime
- To protect our forms from spam and abuse (via Cloudflare Turnstile)
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted processors to run Quolto: Cloudflare (hosting, security), Resend (transactional email), Stripe (payments) and Anthropic (Claude — used to help design and write your website content). We do not sell your data to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as you have an active account with us, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data at any time by emailing hello@quolto.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you're unhappy with how we handle your data.
Cookies
Our site uses only the essential technical cookies needed for security (via Cloudflare). We embed Google Maps on some pages, which may set its own cookies when loaded — see Google's privacy policy for details.
